Completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor course. The assessment and training in Cardiff was class. I learned so much and gained confidence in delivering my knowledge as a future gym instructor. As someone new to the fitness industry, I felt supported throughout this course and would most definitely recommend it to anyone.
