The First aid at work training course provides the comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces to become a confident first aider at work, giving both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.
It meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.

• CPR.
• Seizures and stroke.
• Unresponsive casualty.
Requirements
There are no prerequisites for this qualification.
How long will my qualification be valid for?
The qualification will be valid for 3 years, although the HSE recommends that first aiders attend annual refresher training to help maintain basic skills and keep up to date with any changes to first aid procedures.

Accreditation
On achieving this qualification, your nationally recognised certificate will be processed. On certification, you will gain a HSE endorsed and Ofqual regulated qualification. All Leisure Active Training qualifications are Ofqual regulated and officially recognised as part of the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF).
